RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Bigotes Locos , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer you the option to return it or request a refund under the following terms and conditions.

1. Deadline for returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused and perfect condition.

  • Keep the original packaging, labels and accessories included.

  • Not be a personalized product or for intimate use, except for manufacturing defects.

3. Procedure to request a refund

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contacto.bigoteslocos@gmail.com indicating your order number and reason for the return.

  2. You will receive instructions on how and where to ship the product.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

4. Return costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the customer must assume the shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days .

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • If you haven't received your refund after this period, contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Product changes

  • If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or model, please email us and we'll tell you how to proceed.

  • Changes are subject to availability of the requested product.

7. Non-refundable products

We do not accept returns of:

  • Customized products.

  • Items on sale or clearance.

  • Products for intimate use or personal hygiene.

8. Warranty and defective products

  • All products have a 2-year warranty according to Spanish regulations.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
